The Island Club HOA 

Development of The Island Club began in 1983 by Ted and Thelma Gaupin. Today, the community remains much as it was originally built, aside from a new road off Sea Breeze Drive. Surrounded by the 86,000 acre St. Marks National Wildlife Refuge, a habitat for migratory birds, Shell Point is a haven for fishermen, sailboats, birders, water enthusiasts and those who enjoy quiet coastal living.
